Terms & Conditions FREIGHT
CablesCanada.com only ships via recognized courier companies
with a majority of orders delivered by UPS. There is a $8.00 CDN freight minimum which increases to reflect the size of the shipment and travel distance from the origin (Toronto, Canada).
PAYMENTS
For On-Line Sales we accept VISA & MasterCard. For customers
with approved credit we also accept Purchase Orders. There is a $25.00 CDN order minimum that reflects the order total before the addition of freight and any applicable taxes. A monthly interest charge of 2%
will be added to overdue accounts. A $20.00 service charge for NSF cheques.
WARRANTY
All cable and connector products on this price list have a lifetime replacement warranty on materials and workmanship. Switchboxes have a one Year warranty.
RETURNS
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS; All returns must have a RA number issued by
CablesCanada.com and be shipped prepaid. Goods must be in original packaging in resaleable condition. Any defective product will be replaced. A restocking fee of 20% will be
applied on non-defective products. |
